The sole purpose of this app is to help you do at least 100 reps pr. day. A day could consist of 10 pushups, 20 squats, 15 back extensions, until you reach 100. Each day.
You do as many exercises as you like when you have time. After a period (1 or 2 hours) of rest, the App will remind you to do more training.
This makes your body burn more fat, because you exercise is spread over many small daily exercises.
The goal of this App is not to precisely measure your workout. The goal is that you make 100 reps each and every day.
All exercises loaded by default are simple to perform and require no equipment. But you can add your own exercises in the App's settings.
The app displays you workout for the last 7 days, and the last 12 weeks. There is also a log of all your workouts.
